It started around my 45th birthday. In spite of being a gym rat who obsessed over every calorie, suddenly the weight wouldn't budge. I had always struggled with emotional eating, obsessing untold hours a week on what I would eat, how many calories I was allotted, how I would restrict, then inevitably failing my own plan, overeating as a result, then feeling worse. Calorie counts ruled my world, and whether or not I stuck to my "plan" determined my emotional well-being and happiness. I happened on a tool during the pandemic that cured me of my poor relationship with food, made a dramatic improvement in my metablolic health, and helped me to finally undersand and manage my cycle and hormones: fasting. Over the following years, I went down a rabbit hole of scientific studies, podcasts, books, and articles related not just to fasting, but to how lifestyle choices (and not drugs, medications, packaged food, or restrictive weight loss plans) are the foundation of disease prevention, physical and emotional wellness, and overall vitality. I discovered a passion for passing on all that I learn to others.

I've spent the past several years absorbing thousands of hours of podcasts, research articles, and videos on health, and trying out these recommendations on my 45-50 year old female body as the ultimate experiment. I've consolidated what I've learned through the research and my own personal experience, and am ready to use that hard-won knowledge to create a personalized plan for YOU that you can immediately use.

No two clients are the same. Plans are individualized based not just on your specific goals, but on your current health state, previous experiences with health regimens, and level of motivation for lifestyle changes.
My coaching includes an initial consultation with an intake on your medical history, current lifestyle, and goals; a second appointment where I present your Care Plan; and a third session to follow up on your progress. Additional follow up appointments are available if desired to tweak your plan and continue to provide accountability for your goals.
